Big Pan con Bistec Steak Sandwich

Steak sandwich or Pan con Bistec. This is our biggest sandwich, with a whole Palomilla steak, caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, mayo, potato sticks, pressed on (9") half a loaf of fresh baked Cuban bread. Nothing like a Philly cheese steak sandwich-no steamed bun and no chopped meat. We press the bread until the cheese is melted and the bread is crunchy, one of our most popular sandwiches!
