Award Winning Rum Cakes

We love our customers and appreciate that they want to share the love with our Rum Cakes!

We now use UPS, so you will receive your order fresh and ready to enjoy! We recommend you order one week in advance. Rum cakes have a two week shelf life at room temperature, so you will have plenty of time to enjoy it!

We ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We do not ship on Fridays or Saturdays to avoid having your precious cakes sitting in a warehouse over the weekend! If you need us to ship on days we do not regularly ship, please email us at info@rumcakelady.com to see if we can accommodate your request.

Note: DELIVERY WITHIN A CERTAIN DAY IS NOT GUARANTEED. Upon checkout, you will have the option to choose delivery with USPS and UPS, and speed of delivery. We recommend choosing UPS 2-DAY AIR (NOT GROUND) when available so it will arrive quicker. 

UPS & USPS do not refund for late arrivals. We are not responsible for incomplete addresses, please confirm address is complete and correct, if order is returned, it will be discarded. Refunds are issued if package is lost or damaged. If damaged, you will need to submit to us pictures of inside, outside and shipping label in order for us to process claim.

If you need your order for a specific date, please order one week in advance to make sure it arrives on time.

For CORPORATE ORDERS:

Email us your list and we do it all for you! Special corporate rates for orders of 12 large rum cakes or more. We will email you an invoice once we have shipping total calculated. You can also use your own Corporate shipping account, just email us the shipping labels (or mail us the printed labels). We will also add to each order a custom note from you!
