Rum Cake Crisps
NO SUGAR ADDED. I started making these for my diabetic sister Susana. I do not add the last step of the rummy sugary syrup, so no sugar is added. It does have carbs because of the flour and half the rum, since it has the rum that is cooked in the batter. I slice it in thin rounds and then bake it crispy almost like a biscotti.
