Delicious home-made style rum cake, made with pineapples, coconut, fresh eggs, real gold rum, almonds, butter, sugar and flour. It is very moist and the coconut flakes give it a delicious touch! This rum cake has a 2 week shelf life. Do not refrigerate. If you are not going to eat it within the next few days, please cover and put in the freezer. Thaw at room temperature for a couple of hours before eating it.
