Salted Caramel Chocolate Rum Cake
Delicious home-made style rum cake, made with salted caramel sauce, Girarhdelli chocolate, fresh eggs, real gold rum, almonds, butter, sugar and flour. It is very moist and the toasted almonds give it a great crunch! This rum cake has a 2 week shelf life. Do not refrigerate. If you are not going to eat it within the next few days, please cover and put in the freezer. Thaw at room temperature for a couple of hours before eating it.
Served in an elegant silver platter, wrapped in cellophane and decorated with a beautiful bow!
